Your area of responsibility

• You’ll help our customers with questions about money, saving, retirement planning, and finances
• Together with the team, you will manage your own client portfolio and gradually develop into an independent professional
• You identify needs and find appropriate solutions and service offerings
• You will build relationships with our clients and represent our bank to our clients and partners
• You will continue to develop your expertise in these fields—particularly in the areas of investments, retirement planning, and finance

• Completed banking apprenticeship or comparable training

Skills & Experience

• Several years of experience in customer service
• Persuasiveness and communication skills
• Teamwork and a solution-oriented approach
• Experience with the Finnova banking software

Languages

• German (fluent, both spoken and written)
• English (fluent, both spoken and written)
