Bank Thalwil Genossenschaft is seeking a Junior Private Client Advisor who, after completing their banking training, would like to take the next step in client advisory services. The position involves assisting clients with financial matters, managing client portfolios, and developing into an independent advisor.

Your responsibilities

  • You'll assist our customers with questions about payments, savings, retirement planning, and finances
  • Together with the team, you will manage your own client portfolios and gradually develop into an independent consultant.
  • You identify needs and find appropriate solutions and service offerings
  • You will build relationships with our customers and banking partners and represent our bank to our customers and business partners
  • You will continue to develop your expertise in this field—particularly in the areas of investments, retirement planning, and finance.

Skills & Experience

  • Several years of experience in customer service/banking
  • Persuasiveness and communication skills

  • Experience with the Finnova banking software

Languages

  • German (spoken/written)
  • English (one-page/written)
