Job description
Junior Non-Financial Risk Control Specialist 100% (m/f/d)Tasks
- Consolidation of input from international locations regarding the applicability, implementation and results of Global Minimum Control (GMC) for presentation to relevant committees, key stakeholders, risk type owners and senior management
- Drive regular control-related processes within the Operational Risk Framework (e.g. Global Minimum Control (GMC) reviews, design and operating effectiveness self-assessments)
- Assist in the maintenance and improvement of the internal control system (including drafting business requirements, participating in testing activities and conducting user training)
- Management of the Global Minimum Control (GMC) deviation and non-applicability workflow tool and associated processes
- Supporting the introduction and implementation of Global Minimum Control (GMC) in newly established or acquired units of the Group
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in economics, business administration or finance
- Ideally 3-5 years of professional experience in the private banking sector, preferably in the areas of compliance, risk, audit or controlling or with a management consulting firm
