Tasks

• Data Management Support:
  • Assistance with entering and checking customer data in the core banking system
  • Support with customer onboarding, offboarding and updates of static data in line with regulatory requirements
  • Help with the maintenance of physical and digital archives of customer documentation
  • Carrying out quality checks to ensure the completeness and accuracy of data
  • Contribution to tests, process improvements and support of ongoing team projects
• Middle Office Support:
  • Assisting the trading and treasury desk with daily operational requests, including trade capturing, validation and reconciliation in the relevant systems
  • Support in the management of collateral, including margin calls
  • Help with monitoring life cycle events of global market products
  • Support in handling trade data for regulatory reporting (e.g. FINFRAG, CRS)

Requirements

• Completed banking apprenticeship in Switzerland or equivalent qualification
• Very organized, detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks under pressure
• Basic knowledge of FX, derivatives and global market instruments (an advantage)
• Familiarity with KYC, CDB, AML and regulatory reporting standards (an advantage)
• Experience with Avaloq and/or Bloomberg (an advantage)
• Experience in banking operations is an advantage
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• Valid Swiss/EU passport or applicable Swiss work permit (mandatory)
