Junior Portfolio Manager, Full-Time, Geneva (f/m/d)
Julius Baer is seeking a Junior Portfolio Manager (100%) in Geneva to work in the CIO’s office, helping to develop and monitor investment strategies for private clients. The position requires a degree in finance or economics, as well as some experience in the investment field.
Tasks
- Interaction with key stakeholders on all aspects of the asset management process, including, but not limited to, monitoring objectives, risk tolerance, and time horizon
- Close collaboration with other departments, such as Risk Management, Trading, and Customer Service, to ensure the seamless execution of investment strategies
Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field
- Previous experience on an investment team is a strong asset (internship)
- Strong academic knowledge of financial markets and investment solutions
- A passion for investing and a genuine desire to build a career in portfolio management
- Strong sense of responsibility, motivated, proactive, reliable, and a team player
- Understanding the business model of private banking and how portfolio management works
