Job Description: To strengthen our team dedicated to External Asset Managers (EAM), we are seeking a young, dynamic candidate with a strong interest in financial markets to join us as a Junior Private Banking & EAM Assistant. The candidate will become part of the team dedicated to External Asset Managers (EAM), a strategic segment for the Bank.Tasks
- Verification and reconciliation of the general ledger; - Management of operational and suspicious anomalies; - Preparation and support for the regulation of open positions; - Operational support for asset classes; - Assisting senior team members in their interactions with external managers and clients. - Providing operational and administrative support to the team’s private bankers; - Managing and preparing client documentation; - Maintaining direct contact with external managers and end clients; - Supporting clients with daily operational requests and managing operational relationships with external managers; - Coordinating requests from external managers with the bank’s internal departments; - Providing support in preparing documentation and reports for EAM partners; - Collaborating in the organization of meetings, visits, and the team’s business activities; - Using and learning the bank’s internal systems; - Collaborating with various internal departments; - Providing support for activities related to CDDBO, anti-money laundering (AML), basic taxation, internal compliance procedures, and verifying the accuracy and completeness of documentation.Requirements
- background in banking or finance; - Good knowledge of financial markets and stock exchange operations; - A hands-on approach, problem-solving orientation, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment; - Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and priority-management skills; - A professional and meticulous approach to working with clients; - Native Italian speaker; knowledge of Spanish is a plus; - Residence in Ticino.We offer
