Junior Product Owner - Digital Banking
Banque Cantonale de Fribourg is looking for a Junior Product Owner - Digital Banking to actively shape the digital customer experience and play a key role in the further development of digital services. The candidate will be part of the Product Management team and will support the management of digital products, particularly in the areas of e-banking, mobile banking and Twint.

Junior Product Owner - Digital Banking (80% -100%)Tasks
- As a Junior Product Owner, you will support the team in the holistic management of our digital products, particularly in the areas of e-banking, mobile banking and Twint.
- Your tasks will include
- Participation in the definition of the product vision and the roadmap
- Documentation, maintenance and further development of the product range
- Continuous improvement of customer journeys and internal processes
- Development of business requirements and close cooperation with IT
- 2nd level support for digital tools (internal and external customers)
Requirements
- First experience as Product Owner, Product Manager or Project Manager
- Higher education in economics, IT, product management or a comparable field
- Strong interest in digital products, quality and user experience
- Analytical thinking, strong communication skills and initiative
- Very good written and spoken German and French skills
- Willingness to learn and enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team
