Junior Receptionist

Tasks
* Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests, clients, and visitors upon arrival * Promptly notify relevant staff of guest arrivals and manage all visitor check-ins * Manage the preparation and service of refreshments and liaise with catering suppliers as needed * Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are impeccably maintained, fully stocked with stationery, and equipped with up-to-date marketing materials * Replenish supplies in the client kitchen, breakout room, and stationery cabinet daily, and assist the Senior Receptionist with ordering when supplies need to be restocked * Maintain an organized display of current marketing brochures, newspapers, and relevant industry publications * Set up all AV and video conferencing (VC) equipment for meetings; ensure the correct technology is in place and functioning ahead of time * Assist with the management of the meeting room booking system, ensuring efficient use of space * Assist the VM and Senior Receptionist with any ad-hoc administrative or operational tasksRequirements
* Proficient in using Outlook * Approachable and able to communicate clearly with a wide range of people * Responsive to urgent issues, taking the initiative to resolve them * Hands-on experience with office IT equipment * Understanding and respecting the importance of discretion in this role * Exceptionally efficient and organized * Always maintains a professional appearance * Strong multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks * Committed to providing high-quality customer serviceAbout You
