Job description: Junior Relationship Manager
Tasks
- Develop your own customer network in the Swiss region.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers and prospects by offering recommendations that include multiple products and services.
- Develop a deep understanding of customers' needs, preferences and overall wealth and respond to changes in the business environment or customers' needs.
- Effectively manage a customer book and act as a relationship manager responsible for the customer experience.
- Utilize specialists, service officers and other expert resources to ensure the integrated delivery of investment, trust, credit and banking solutions.
- Build relationships with internal and external sales partners and identify new business development opportunities.
Requirements
- Customer-oriented person with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Team player who can work under pressure.
- Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire for growth.
- Fluency in (Swiss) German and English and effective communication skills.
