Junior Risk & Compliance Officer – Management Team Member – 100% (m/f/d)
Zimmerberg Bank is seeking a Junior Risk & Compliance Officer (100%) to assist with risk analyses, compliance projects, and process optimization. The ideal candidate has at least five years of professional experience in the financial services sector, as well as in-depth knowledge of risk management and compliance.
Your tasks
- Assisting clients with risk analysis and the development of strategies to minimize risks.
- Collaboration on projects in the areas of compliance and internal audit.
- Development and implementation of processes to improve efficiency and safety.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management.
- Assisting with training and advising clients and employees.
Your profile
- Completed continuing education programs, ideally with a focus on risk management.
- In-depth compliance expertise.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a related field, ideally in financial services.
- Experience, particularly in the areas of cybersecurity and information technology.
- Proven organizational skills, combined with a high degree of assertiveness and flexibility.
- Good knowledge of German and French.
