• List of Transfer Instructions for Prime-Listed Funds
• Daily communication with specialized departments, the organization, and external stakeholders
• Analysis, Processing, and Clarification of Feedback Received at the Office
• Collaborating on the optimization of processes and operational workflows at FundBusiness

Your profile

• Completed business training, ideally in the banking or financial services sector
• Experience in customer service
• Interest in financial products, funds, and capital markets
• Interest in and willingness to learn about the capital markets industry
• Enjoyment of working independently and taking on responsibility
• A structured approach to problem-solving and a good command of English
