Tasks
- Pricing and execution of structured products for brokers, banks and EAMs
- Analysis of structured product flow based on customer feedback and hit ratio for pricing calibration
- Management of the life cycle of derivative products, from creation to maturity
- Promote automation of structured product flow with email pricing, API and connectivity
- Identifying new business opportunities and creating value-added solutions for clients through market research, industry analysis and regular client contact
- Delivery of equity, fixed income and interest rate derivative solutions tailored to clients' needs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (trading, risk management and product development teams) to design and deliver innovative structured products that meet the specific needs of our clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in finance, economics or business administration
- Understanding of complex financial instruments, including actively managed certificates (AMCs) and other derivatives
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, including market trends, regulations and industry developments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and talent for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Analytical skills in Excel, VBA and Python
- Fluent in German and English (French or Spanish is a plus)
