We are looking for a motivated sales professional who is willing to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility. In this role, you will help build relationships with institutional clients, assist in delivering tailored investment solutions, and contribute to a dynamic and results-oriented environment.What you will do
- Managing a broad customer base
- Acquiring new clients
- Sale of structured products and/or other derivative transactions to institutional clients
- Settlement and Posting of Transactions (Primary and Secondary Markets)
- Development of customized structured products
- Responsibility for certain administrative tasks related to trade execution and client relationship management
- Monitoring of transactions, including coordination with other departments such as Sales Support, Product Services, and Mid- and Back-Office
What you need
- Master's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in the sale of structured products and/or derivatives
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong commitment to results
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently
- Fluent in English and French
