JUNIOR SALES
Leonteq, a Swiss fintech company, is looking for a motivated junior sales representative who is eager to learn and take on responsibility for developing institutional client relationships and selling structured products. The ideal candidate has a master’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field, as well as at least 1–2 years of experience selling structured products and/or derivatives.
Tasks
The position involves the following tasks:- Managing a broad customer base
- Acquiring new clients
- Sale of structured products and/or other derivative transactions to institutional clients
- Settlement and Posting of Transactions (Primary and Secondary Markets)
- Development of customized structured products
- Responsibility for specific administrative tasks related to trade execution and client relationship management
- Monitoring of transactions, including coordination with other departments such as Sales Support, Product Services, and the mid- and back-office
Requirements
The following requirements apply to this position:- Master's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in the sale of structured products and/or derivatives
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on results
- A team player who can also work independently
- Fluent in English and French
