JUNIOR SALES

Leonteq, a Swiss fintech company, is looking for a motivated junior sales representative who is eager to learn and take on responsibility for developing institutional client relationships and selling structured products. The ideal candidate has a master’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field, as well as at least 1–2 years of experience selling structured products and/or derivatives.

Tasks

The position involves the following tasks:
  • Managing a broad customer base
  • Acquiring new clients
  • Sale of structured products and/or other derivative transactions to institutional clients
  • Settlement and Posting of Transactions (Primary and Secondary Markets)
  • Development of customized structured products
  • Responsibility for specific administrative tasks related to trade execution and client relationship management
  • Monitoring of transactions, including coordination with other departments such as Sales Support, Product Services, and the mid- and back-office

Requirements

The following requirements apply to this position:
  • Master's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in the sale of structured products and/or derivatives
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on results
  • A team player who can also work independently
  • Fluent in English and French
