JUNIOR SALES

Tasks

• Sales of structured products and derivative transactions across all asset classes to institutional clients.
• Structuring customized products in close collaboration with Trading, Financial Engineering, and other internal departments.
• Assistance in preparing fact sheets, brochures, and term sheets for a wide range of products (including AMCs, capital-protected bonds, reverse convertibles, autocalls, mini-futures, CLNs, etc.).
• Developing trading ideas using our internal pricing tools and Bloomberg.
• Monitoring of transactions, including coordination with other departments (back office).
• Responsibility for certain administrative tasks related to booking.
• Opportunity to participate in the Graduate Program.

Requirements

• MBA and/or master's degree.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and derivatives (knowledge of structured products is a plus).
• Previous internship experience in the financial markets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Bloomberg.
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
• Interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas.
• Motivated, curious, and able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work under pressure.
