Junior Sales Manager, Intermediaries (Full-Time) (f/m/d)
The Junior Sales Manager, Intermediaries, is responsible for developing and implementing sales plans to drive financial growth and achieve the goals of the Intermediaries region. The position requires at least 5 years of experience in the financial industry, ideally in multi-asset-class sales, and offers the opportunity to be part of a leading Swiss wealth management firm.
Tasks
- Development and implementation of market-specific sales plans to drive financial growth
- Ensuring effective customer retention through regular communication with group and team leaders, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and addressing challenges
- Organizing client meetings, account planning, and retention strategies with front-line management, relationship managers (RMs), and specialists
- Using data analytics to identify upselling opportunities and inform sales decisions
- Collaborate with internal product specialists to help RMs drive business growth
- Coaching and development of RMs to help them achieve financial goals, including training and guidance on new products and solutions
- Management of ad hoc tasks related to sales and customer management
Leadership
- Collaboration with various stakeholders from different departments to promote initiatives
- Development and implementation of on-the-job sales training programs for Relationship Managers (RMs) that comply with global sales standards
- Engage with the virtual sales and business development community to promote knowledge sharing and participate in sales-related discussions
Requirements
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills, able to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Results- and activity-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to implement offers and pricing strategies tailored to target customers
- Master's degree or higher education preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in the financial industry, ideally in multi-asset-class sales
- Proficiency in modern banking applications, Microsoft Office, and trading tools such as Bloomberg
