Junior Security Specialist

Job description

Your tasks

• You will handle cases in the area of data loss prevention (DLP) and ensure compliance with our data protection and security guidelines.
• You will manage access requirements for our central banking system as well as other critical applications by ensuring that access rights are assigned correctly and securely.
• You will contribute to the implementation and monitoring of controls in the area of Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• You will actively participate in the maintenance and further development of the IAM systems, in particular by creating role and access rights models.
• You will support the security team (second line of defense) with administrative tasks, reporting and documentation activities.
• They carry out analyses of security incidents, identify vulnerabilities and propose measures to improve IT security.
• They ensure compliance with data protection regulations (DPO) and digital resilience (DORA).

Requirements

• You have completed training in the field of IT, for example an IT apprenticeship, or an equivalent qualification.
• Initial professional experience in the areas of IT security, Identity & Access Management (IAM) or IT administration is an advantage, but not required.
• Analytical skills, accuracy and diligence as well as the willingness to tackle complex tasks in a structured manner are important.
• Curiosity and a high ability to learn enable you to familiarize yourself quickly with new topics.
• You have good communication and teamwork skills and are willing to actively participate in a security team.
• You speak German or French and have a good knowledge of the other language; knowledge of English is an advantage.
