Junior Security Specialist (100 %)

Your tasks

• You will process DLP cases and ensure compliance with our data protection and security guidelines.
• You will process access requests for our core banking system and other critical applications, ensuring that access rights are assigned correctly and securely.
• You support the implementation and monitoring of controls in the IAM area (Identity & Access Management).
• You will be actively involved in the maintenance and further development of the IAM systems, e.g. role and authorization models.
• You will support the security team (second line of defense) with administrative tasks, reporting and documentation.
• They carry out analyses of security incidents, identify vulnerabilities and help with measures to improve IT security.
• They support measures to comply with data protection regulations (DPO) and digital resilience (FINMA / DORA).

Requirements

• You have completed training in the IT sector, for example an IT apprenticeship, or have a comparable qualification.
• Initial professional experience in the areas of IT security, IAM or IT administration is an advantage, but not essential.
• Your analytical skills, a precise and careful way of working and a willingness to tackle complex tasks in a structured manner are particularly important.
• With your high willingness to learn and curiosity, you are able to familiarize yourself quickly with new topics.
• You are also a strong communicator and team player who enjoys playing an active role in a security team.
• You speak German or French and have a good knowledge of the other language; knowledge of English is a plus.
