Man Group is seeking a Junior ServiceNow Administrator & Developer (ITSM) who can further develop their ServiceNow expertise and contribute to the optimization and stabilization of the ITSM ServiceNow platforms. The new employee will support experienced ServiceNow professionals in maintaining and improving the ServiceNow environment.

We are looking for a motivated Junior ServiceNow Engineer to join our IT team at Man Group. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your ServiceNow expertise while contributing to the optimization and stabilization of all IT Service Management (ITSM) ServiceNow platforms.Main tasks
- Support in the development, configuration, and administration of the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on ITSM modules (incident, problem, change, and request management).
- Assistance with creating and maintaining ServiceNow catalog items and workflows to optimize service delivery.
- Configuration and customization of ServiceNow applications using client scripts, business rules, UI policies, and other programming tools.
- Participation in the design and implementation of workflow automations using Flow Designer.
- Support in resolving incidents and troubleshooting ServiceNow platform issues.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintenance of documentation for configurations, adjustments, and processes.
- Participation in the support and provision of IT-related activities.
- Contribution to continuous improvement initiatives for ITSM processes.
Required qualifications
- Practical experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
- Basic knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules, including incident, problem, change, and request management.
- Understanding of IT service management principles and best practices.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Experience working in a team and developing technical skills.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience creating ServiceNow catalog items and workflows.
- Experience writing client scripts, business rules, and UI guidelines.
- Familiarity with agile software development.
- Experience with ServiceNow integration and APIs.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Application Developer (CAD) certification.
- ServiceNow Designer Certification.
- Understanding of the ITIL v4 framework.
- Experience with SharePoint, PowerApps, or Power Automate is a bonus.
