Your role

As a Custodian Bank Control Specialist, you will be entrusted with the responsible task of ensuring that the Swiss funds are managed and supported in accordance with the applicable laws (CISO, CISA, FinIA, FinSA, FinSO, AMAS) and contractual provisions. In addition to the ongoing monitoring of the funds' operational business, you will support us in the preparation or amendment of contracts, coordinate capital transactions and maintain a regular exchange with our internal and external contacts.

Your tasks

• Performance of regular checks and recalculation of the net asset value and the issue/redemption prices of units
• Verification of compliance with applicable laws and regulations for executed payments, investment decisions, income distributions and the procedures for capital increases, mergers and liquidations
• Coordination of the onboarding process for new and changing clients
• Review of new contracts and contract amendments in cooperation with the legal department
• Responding to disclosure requests in accordance with internal guidelines and supporting the reconciliation team in the daily reconciliation processes

Your profile

• Completed studies, apprenticeship or similar banking training
• First work experience in controlling, finance or collective investment schemes
• Interest in the further development/improvement of processes and controls
• Strong work ethic, integrity and a high sense of responsibility
• Ability to work independently
• Avaloq knowledge an advantage
• Fluency in German and good knowledge of English
