Junior Structured Products & FX Development (Switzerland & Europe)

Your challenge

• Onboarding of new equity, interest rate, foreign exchange, and cross-asset structures, including idea generation, framework evaluation, lifecycle governance, etc.
• Provision of actionable insights and product ideas through analysis of market and economic developments, research from investment experts, portfolio analytics, and trading and position data
• Using data analytics to integrate flow, price, and macro data sets, identify white spot demand, and optimize product features and parameters
• Collaborate with sales departments to articulate value propositions and meet customer investment needs
• Providing support for tasks related to product offerings and governance, as required

Your profile

• 5+ years of practical experience (e.g., sales, structuring, and/or product development) in structured products and OTC derivatives across various asset classes
• Strong data analysis skills to shape product ideas and commercial strategies
• Knowledge of Python, SQL, Tableau, or equivalent skills would be advantageous.
• Good understanding of European and Swiss product governance frameworks and documentation workflows
• Strong communication and presentation skills, a pragmatic approach to solving complex problems, and the ability to influence key stakeholders across trading, risk, legal, and compliance functions
• Experience in market research or competitive analysis is a definite advantage.
• Fluent English; German would be an advantage
