Junior Structured Products Sales

Tasks

• Provide expert advice to Relationship Managers and Investment Advisors on customized investment solutions, with a focus on structured products, to meet client needs
• Identify emerging market trends and develop innovative investment strategies to expand our client offerings
• Design, price, and launch structured products based on equity, credit, and interest rate underlying assets
• Proactively manage product rollovers by notifying relationship managers and investment advisors of upcoming maturities and offering suitable replacement options
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders through regular desk meetings and advisory calls to promote structured products and drive business growth
• Deliver educational sessions to Relationship Managers to enhance their knowledge of structured products and improve sales effectiveness
• Contribute to the development of marketing materials that highlight investment ideas and opportunities
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including trade booking, post-sale support, and product lifecycle management

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in Banking & Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in a consulting or sales role
• Sales Drive: A results-driven mindset with a proven track record of successfully developing clients and RM colleagues, and a strong desire to succeed in a sales-oriented environment
• Market Knowledge: A strong passion for financial markets, with a broad understanding of various asset classes and in-depth expertise in at least one area
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and VBA, with the ability to apply technical skills to analyze and solve complex problems
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English
