Junior Talent Management
UBS is looking for a Junior Talent Manager (m/f/d) for the Romandie and Valais region to support and develop young talents. The position includes the recruitment of trainees and interns as well as the support of young talents and their supervisors.

Responsabilités
- Recruter des apprenti-e-s et des stagiaires pour nos différents programs de relève.
- Accompagnagner les jeunes talents et leurs instructeurs-trices de pratique tout au long de leur parcours.

- Expérience en ressources humaines
- Intérêt marqué pour le développement
- Flexibilité géographique avec un intérêt pour la Suisse romande
- Excellentes compétences en français
- Personnalité engagée, capable de s'adapter
- Excellent compétences en organization, presentation et animation (en présentiel et en virtuel).
- Capacité à créer rapidement un réseau avec les parties prenantes.
- Experience in the management of projects and events
- À l'aise avec les outils digitaux (suite Office, ...)
