Junior Transfer Agency Associate

The Junior Transfer Agency Associate role at LGT Fund Managers (Ireland) Limited will involve supporting the Shareholder Services team in the onboarding of new clients and the administration of private equity funds. The successful candidate will be a key part of the team, building and maintaining relationships with investors.

Junior Transfer Agency Associate (1 year fixed-term contract)

Tasks

  • Key point of contact for investors to build relationships and support key interactions
  • Assistance in onboarding customers and carrying out quality checks
  • Review of FATCA/CRS documentation
  • Ensuring that policies and procedures are followed on a daily basis
  • Relationship management with customers, general partners, internal and external stakeholders
  • Prevention (where possible) and management/resolution of service issues from start to finish and ensuring timely completion of tasks to the required standard

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • At least 2.2 honors degree
  • Additional relevant training in the field is an advantage
  • Highly motivated with an innovative mindset
  • Experience in AML an advantage, but not required
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to deliver solutions to problems, including more complex problems agreed with line management
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in transfer agency/investor services in the fund industry is an advantage
