Junior Transfer Agency Associate (1 year fixed-term contract)

Tasks

• Main point of contact for investors and relationship building to support key interactions
• Assistance in onboarding customers and carrying out quality checks
• Review of FATCA/CRS documentation
• Ensuring that policies and procedures are followed on a daily basis
• Relationship management with customers, general partners, internal and external stakeholders
• Prevention (where possible) and management/resolution of service issues from start to finish and ensuring timely communication to the customer
• Coordination with internal business partners across several international offices
• Ensuring that all tasks within the team are completed in a timely manner to support internal KPIs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• At least 2.2 honors degree
• Additional relevant training in the field is an advantage
• Highly motivated with an innovative mindset
• Experience in AML an advantage, but not required
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
