Schwyzer Kantonalbank is looking for an experienced and empathetic individual to join its team in Schwyz and Pfäffikon as a lawyer specializing in inheritance law, to handle estate planning and inheritance matters. The position is for a 60-100% workload and requires legal training in Swiss law.

You will manage independently:- Inheritance advice and estate administration by
- draft individual marriage contracts, wills, inheritance contracts, and advance directives
- Act as deputy to the head of inheritance consulting
- give presentations and write technical articles
- actively contribute to the expansion of our inheritance law services
Requirements
This will enable you to:- You have legal training in Swiss law and, preferably, a bar license.
