Schwyzer Kantonalbank is looking for an experienced and empathetic individual to join its team in Schwyz and Pfäffikon as a lawyer specializing in inheritance law. The position involves providing independent advice on inheritance matters, settling estates, and drafting marriage contracts, wills, and powers of attorney.
Tasks
You will independently provide inheritance advice and handle estate settlements. You will draft individual marriage contracts, wills, inheritance contracts, and advance directives. You will act as deputy to the head of inheritance consulting. You will give presentations and write specialist articles. You will actively contribute to the expansion of our inheritance law services.Requirements
- You have legal training in Swiss law and, preferably, a bar license.
