Lawyer / Lawyer for tenancy and contract law (f/m/d)Tasks
- Handling of legal cases in the area of tenancy and contract law (tenancy law, property law, neighbor law, contract for work, order, purchase contract, etc.)
- Advising clients on all issues within the relevant areas of law
- Conducting oral and written negotiations with clients, counterparties, authorities, opposing attorneys or other legal representatives
Requirements
- Professional experience in the field of tenancy and contract law
- Social skills and willingness to serve
