CA Indosuez’s Legal Department supports the bank’s business development with the goal of preventing and managing legal risks. The main responsibilities of the candidate we are seeking are:

• Participation in the development of day-to-day policies and projects at CA Indosuez Bank and the Crédit Agricole Group
• Support for the legal and regulatory framework governing the Bank's offerings, as well as for the drafting of contractual documentation
• To review the legal consistency of the bank's actions and to collaborate with all stakeholders (partners, service providers, suppliers, etc.)
• Contributing to the review and monitoring of accounts receivable
• Participation in monitoring legal and regulatory developments related to the Bank's business lines

Candidate criteria

The criteria for the candidate are as follows:

• Minimum educational level: Bac +5 / M2 or higher
• Education / Specialization: Master's degree in Business Law
• Minimum experience level: 0–2 years
• Experience: Previous experience in the banking and financial sector would be an asset
• Required skills: Fluency in French, good interpersonal skills, open-minded and ready to join a dynamic team, attention to detail, responsiveness, and analytical skills
