• To strengthen our Personal Insurance department, which provides our clients with high-quality claims management services, we are seeking a German-speaking legal professional (90% position) to work in the Personal Insurance division.

The tasks that await you:

• Handling disputes related to accident insurance, on behalf of our policyholders or their beneficiaries, whether they involve third-party claims or court filings
• Handling disputes related to sickness-related loss of earnings insurance, specifically for our clients of the supplemental insurer
• Analyze and respond to legal questions raised by management and policyholders
• Manage claims files related to long-term disability and loss of earnings due to illness, as well as those involving insurers and brokers
• Actively collaborate with the external intern

Votre profil :

• Master's degree in law or a degree deemed equivalent
• Ideally, some prior experience in a similar role in the field of social insurance
• French as a native language and proficiency in German or very good proficiency (C1)
• Proficiency in common computer software (MS Office)
