Vaudoise, a leading Swiss insurer, is looking for a legal assistant (m/f/d) in German to strengthen the Assurances personnes department. The position involves handling legal disputes in the areas of accident and daily sickness benefits insurance as well as analyzing and answering legal questions.

Tasks
- Traiter des litiges en matière d'assurances-accidents, établir des décisions sur oppositions et des écritures judiciaires
- Traiter des litiges en matière d'assurance perte de gain maladie, négocier, concilier et rédiger des écritures judiciaires
- Analyzing and responding to legal questions from colleagues managing LAA and loss of earnings dossiers, scriptwriters, and lawyers
- Participate actively in the framework of internal projects and trainings
Requirements
- Master en droit ou titre jugé équivalent
- Idéalement une première expérience dans un rôle similaire dans le domaine des assurances sociales
- De langue maternelle allemande avec de bonnes connaissances en français, idéalement en italien
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels (MS Office)
