Job description

Tasks

• Handling accident insurance disputes, drafting decisions on oppositions and court documents
• Dealing with disputes relating to sickness benefit insurance, negotiations, mediation and drafting of court documents
• Analyzing and answering legal questions from colleagues responsible for managing accident and sickness benefit insurance cases, underwriters and brokers
• Active participation in internal projects and training courses

Requirements

• Master's degree in law or an equivalent title
• Ideal: First experience in a similar role in the field of social insurance
• Native German speaker with good knowledge of French, ideally Italian
• Proficiency in common computer applications (MS Office)
