We are looking for a lawyer (m/f/x) 60% for our Personal Insurance department.Tasks
The following tasks await you:- Handling disputes relating to accident insurance, issuing decisions on appeals and drafting legal documents
- Handling disputes relating to loss of earnings insurance due to illness, negotiating, mediating, and drafting legal documents
- Analyze and respond to legal questions from colleagues managing cases involving workers' compensation and loss of earnings due to illness, underwriters, and brokers.
- Actively participate in internal projects and training courses
Requirements
For this position, we are seeking a candidate with:- Master of Law or equivalent qualification
- Ideally, initial experience in a similar role in the field of social security
- Native French speaker, proficiency in Italian and German is an advantage
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels (MS Office)
