Junior Italian-Speaking Legal Associate (m/f/x) 80%
Vaudoise is seeking an Italian-speaking junior attorney (80%) to handle disputes in the area of personal insurance in Lausanne. The ideal candidate has a master’s degree in law, some professional experience, and knowledge of German.

The missions that await you
- Handle disputes related to accident insurance; issue decisions on objections and prepare legal briefs in accordance with the law; draft and negotiate
- Handle disputes related to sick leave income protection insurance; analyze and respond to legal questions from colleagues who manage cases involving workers’ compensation (LAA) and sick leave income protection, as well as from underwriters and partner brokers
- Actively participate in internal projects and training sessions
Votre profil
- Master's degree in law or a degree deemed equivalent
- Ideally, prior experience in a similar or equivalent role in a related legal field
- Native Italian speaker with proficiency in German
- Proficiency in common computer programs (MS Office or equivalent)
- Able to work independently
