Tasks

• Analyzing and handling cases in the field of contentious recouvrement and étude des actions récursoires publiques and/or judiciaires
• Managing legal aspects, internal and ongoing solvency audits
• Ensuring the quality of the legal basis for Contentieux and court proceedings
• Settlement of disputed and contentious claims

Requirements

• Master 2 in Law
• Initial experience in the area of Contentieux, similar to the area covered by our department
• Sense of autonomy, team spirit, control and diligence
• Knowledge of:
• bancaire technique in relation to customers and recouvrement
• Risks and procedures to combat money laundering and terrorist financing
• Good practices in the relevant métiers and court proceedings
• Réglementation of disputed and contentious claims
