Key Account / Business Manager
Arval Switzerland is seeking a Key Account / Business Manager (80–100%) for the Sales Team in the Large and International Clients segment in Rotkreuz to help shape the future of mobility and to advise and support clients in German-speaking Switzerland. The successful candidate will be responsible for sales and client support and will work closely with various departments.
Tasks
- You will sell new mobility products and projects and implement upselling strategies for existing customers
- You regularly advise existing and potential clients in German-speaking Switzerland
- implement our customer base and participate in customer events
- You will work with the line organization to develop budgets and forecasts for your own customer portfolio
- You will work closely with the Account Management team (Internal Sales) on credit processing, with the Business Development team on acquiring new customers, and with all other supporting departments
- You will be responsible for administrative tasks such as creating search criteria, as well as drafting cover letters and application documents
Requirements
- Apprenticeship combined with business studies (HFW / FH / University)
- At least 5 years of experience in customer service and sales in the automotive industry / leasing or at a financial services company
- You are highly customer-focused and value making connections as well as building and maintaining networks
- Excellent presentation skills, as well as strong communication and conceptual skills
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and work in a structured manner
- communicate confidently in German and English (spoken/written)
- have a driver's license (category B)
