Arval Switzerland – Key Account / Business Manager (80–100%, all genders)

Tasks

- Actively market new mobility products and projects and manage existing customers - Regularly visit existing and potential customers in German-speaking Switzerland - Leverage our customer base and participate in customer events - Develop finance and budget plans for your own customer portfolio in collaboration with the relevant departments - Work closely with Account Management (Internal Sales) in the area of credit approval and with the acquisition teams in the context of new customer acquisition, as well as with all other supporting departments - You are responsible for administrative tasks such as creating search criteria and application forms

Requirements

• Vocational training combined with business studies (HFW, HW, FH, university)
• At least 5 years of experience in the customer service and sales department within the automotive industry (including leasing) or at a financial services company, as well as in acquiring new customers
• strong customer focus and the ability to easily establish connections, as well as build and maintain networks
• Excellent presentation skills, as well as strong communication and conceptual skills
• work in an entrepreneurial and structured manner
• Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
• Driver's license (Class B)
