Key Account / Business Manager

Tasks

You will actively promote our mobility products and projects and provide support to our existing customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Regular visits to existing and potential customers in German-speaking Switzerland
• Putting our understanding of customers into practice and participating in customer events
• Developing budgets and forecasts for our own client portfolio in collaboration with the line office
• Close collaboration with Account Management (Internal Sales) in the area of credit processing and with the Business Development Team in the context of new customer acquisition, as well as all other supporting processes
• Administrative tasks such as creating search criteria, visit reports, and purchase orders

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

• Apprenticeship combined with business studies (HFW / FH / University)
• At least 5 years of experience in customer service and sales in the automotive industry / leasing or at a financial services company
• Strong customer focus and the ability to build relationships, as well as to establish and maintain networks
• Excellent presentation skills, as well as strong communication and conceptual skills
• Business-oriented mindset and structured approach to work
• Confident communication and negotiation in German and English (spoken and written)
• Driver's license (Class B)
