Key Account / Business Manager
Arval Switzerland is seeking a Key Account / Business Manager (80–100%) for the Sales Team in the Large and International Clients segment in Rotkreuz. The position involves responsibilities such as sales, client management, self-management, and administrative tasks, with an annual salary of CHF 80,000–100,000.
Job Description:
Arval Switzerland is looking for a dynamic and resilient Key Account / Business Manager (80–100%, all genders) for our Sales Team in the Large and International Clients segment in Rotkreuz.Your tasks:
- Sales: Actively acquire new customers and manage new customer acquisition projects, and implement upselling initiatives with existing customers
- Target Audience: Regular customers and potential customers in German-speaking Switzerland
- Self-Management: Implements our customer ranking and participates in customer events
- Development: In collaboration with the line organization, develop budgets for our own customer portfolio
- Administration: You will work closely with the Accounting Team (Internal Sales) on credit processing and with the Business Development Team on new customer acquisition, as well as with all other departments you support
- Administrative: You are responsible for administrative tasks such as preparing visit reports and cover letters
Requirements:
- Education: Continuing education in business administration (HF / FH / university)
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in customer- and sales-oriented roles in the automotive industry/leasing or at a financial services provider, as well as in acquiring new customers
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and very strong communication and conceptual abilities
- Direct focus on the company and a structured work assessment
- Communicates and negotiates confidently in German and English (spoken and written)
- Do you have a driver's license (Class B)?
