Key Account / Business Manager
Arval Switzerland is seeking a Key Account / Business Manager (80–100%) for the Sales Team in the Large and International Clients segment in Zurich. The position involves sales, client consulting and support, as well as administrative tasks in the automotive and leasing industries.
Tasks
- You will sell new mobility products and projects and implement upselling strategies for existing customers
- Regularly advises existing and potential customers in German-speaking Switzerland
- Implement our customer strategy and participate in customer events
- Work with the Procurement team to develop budgets for your own client portfolio
- You will work closely with the Account Management team (internal sales) on loan processing and with the business development team on new customer acquisition and all other related activities
- You will be responsible for administrative tasks such as preparing search reports and visit reports
Requirements
- Apprenticeship combined with business studies (vocational school / university of applied sciences / university)
- At least 5 years of experience in customer service and sales in the automotive industry / leasing or at a financial services company
- Strong communication and expression skills
- Excellent presentation skills and strong communication and conceptual abilities
- You have a strong entrepreneurial mindset and work in a structured manner
- Fluency in spoken and written German and English
- Driver's license (Class B)
