Key Account / Business Manager
Arval Switzerland is seeking a Key Account/Business Manager (80–100%) for its Sales Team in Zurich to manage key and international accounts and drive new mobility products and projects. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in customer service and sales within the automotive industry or at a financial services company.
Job description
We are looking for a dynamic and resilient Key Account / Business Manager (80–100%, all genders) to join our sales team in the Wholesale and International Clients segment in Zurich.Tasks
Your responsibilities will include:- Actively pursuing new mobility products and projects and implementing upselling initiatives for existing customers
- Regular outreach to existing and potential customers in German-speaking Switzerland
- Putting our understanding of customers into practice and participating in customer events
- Developing budgets for your own customer segment in collaboration with the line organization
- Close collaboration with Account Management (Internal Sales) on customer relations and with the Business Development Team on new customer acquisition, as well as all other internal company processes
- administrative tasks such as preparing search reports and order documents
Requirements
We are looking for someone with:- Apprenticeship combined with business studies (HFW / FH / University)
- At least 5 years of experience in the customer service and sales department within the automotive industry (including leasing) or at a financial services company, as well as in acquiring new customers
- strong customer focus and the ability to build relationships, as well as to establish and maintain networks
- an excellent personality as well as strong communication and conceptual skills
- entrepreneurial mindset and a structured approach to work
- Confident communication and negotiation skills in German and English (spoken and written)
- Driver's license (Class B)
