Key Account / Business Manager

Arval Switzerland is seeking a Key Account/Business Manager (80–100%) for the Sales Team in the Large and International Clients segment in Zurich. The role involves developing and managing mobility products and projects, providing client consulting and support, as well as performing administrative tasks.

Tasks

Your tasks:
  • Develop and manage new mobility products and projects that are ready for market launch
  • Upselling strategies for existing customers
  • providing regular consulting services to existing and potential clients in German-speaking Switzerland
  • implement our customer experience initiatives and participate in customer events
  • work with the line organization to develop budgets for your own key account and customer portfolio
  • You will work closely with Account Management (Internal Sales) on customer acquisition (pricing, contracts, commissions, etc.)
  • supports the development of new processes as well as all other internal business processes
  • You will be responsible for administrative tasks such as preparing search reports and maintaining the order book

Requirements

  • Apprenticeship combined with business studies (vocational school / university of applied sciences / university)
  • At least 5 years of experience in customer service and sales in the automotive industry / leasing or at a financial services company
  • Strong customer focus and the ability to build relationships, as well as to establish and maintain networks
  • Excellent practical skills, as well as strong communication and conceptual skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a structured approach to work
  • Proficiency in spoken and written German and English
  • Driver's license (Class B)
