Key Account / Business Manager

Arval Switzerland is seeking a Key Account / Business Manager (80–100%) for the Sales Team in the Large and International Accounts segment in Zurich. The position involves sales and customer service responsibilities, including upselling initiatives and new customer acquisition, as well as administrative tasks.

Arval Switzerland – Key Account / Business Manager (80–100%, all genders)

Tasks

Your tasks:
  • You will actively promote our mobility products and projects and implement upselling strategies with existing customers
  • You regularly advise existing and potential customers in Germany and Switzerland
  • You will manage our customer relationships and participate directly in customer events
  • You will work with the Finance Line (LFO) to develop budgets for your own client portfolio
  • You will work closely with the Account Management team (internal sales) on customer support and with the business development team on acquiring new customers, as well as on all other related processes
  • You will be responsible for administrative tasks such as preparing inventory reports and purchase orders

Requirements

  • Vocational training combined with business studies (HBA/FH/university)
  • At least 5 years of experience in customer service and sales within the automotive industry/leasing sector or at a financing company, as well as in acquiring new customers
  • Strong customer focus and the ability to build relationships, as well as to establish and maintain networks
  • Excellent presentation skills or very strong communication and conceptual skills
  • business-oriented thinking and a structured approach to work
  • Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
  • Driver's license (Class B)
