Key Account / Business Manager

Arval Switzerland is seeking a Key Account / Business Manager (80–100%) for the Large and International Clients segment in Zurich, who will actively pursue new mobility products and projects and build client relationships. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in a client or sales department within the automotive industry or at a financial services company.

Tasks

You actively track new mobility products and projects and implement upselling strategies for existing customers. Your responsibilities include:
  • Regular follow-up with existing and potential customers in German-speaking Switzerland
  • Managing customer relationships and participating in customer events
  • Developing budgets for one's own customer segment in collaboration with the line organization
  • Close collaboration with Account Management (Internal Sales) regarding client business, with the Acquisition Team regarding new client acquisition, and with all other internal departments
  • Administrative tasks such as preparing visit reports and letters of confirmation

Requirements

For this position, we require:
  • Apprenticeship combined with business studies (vocational school / university of applied sciences / university)
  • At least 5 years of experience in customer service and sales in the automotive industry / leasing or at a financial services company
  • Strong customer focus and the ability to build relationships, as well as to establish and maintain networks
  • Excellent presentation skills, as well as strong communication and conceptual skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a structured approach to work
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in German and English (spoken and written)
  • Driver's license (Class B)
