Key Account / Business Manager

Arval Switzerland is seeking a Key Account/Business Manager (80–100%) for the Sales Team in the Large and International Accounts segment in Zurich. The position involves promoting mobility products and projects, providing customer support, and performing administrative tasks.

Key Account / Business Manager (80–100%, all genders)

Tasks

  • You actively sell new mobility products and projects and implement upselling strategies with existing customers
  • You regularly visit existing and potential customers in German-speaking Switzerland
  • Provide customer service and participate in customer events
  • You will work with the line organization to develop budgets for your own customer segment portfolio
  • You will work closely with the Account Management team (Internal Sales) in the Key Account division, with the Business Development team on new customer acquisition, and with all other supporting departments
  • You will be responsible for administrative tasks such as preparing visit reports and visit records

Requirements

  • Training combined with continuing education while working (vocational school / university of applied sciences / university)
  • At least 5 years of experience in customer service and sales within the automotive industry (including leasing) or at a financial services company, as well as in acquiring new customers
  • Strong customer focus and the ability to build relationships, as well as to establish and maintain networks
  • Excellent presentation skills, as well as strong communication and conceptual skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a structured approach to work
  • Fluency in spoken and written German and English
  • Driver's license (Class B)
