Key Account / Business Manager
Arval Switzerland is seeking a Key Account / Business Manager (80–100%) for the Sales Team in the Large and International Clients segment in Zurich. The role involves selling and managing mobility products and projects, upselling to existing clients, and acquiring new clients.
Tasks
- Design and oversee the sales and implementation of new mobility products and projects
- Upselling strategies for existing customers
- Regular visits to existing and potential customers in German-speaking Switzerland
- Putting our understanding of customers into practice and driving new customer decisions
- Developing new proposals and budgets for our own client portfolio in collaboration with the line organization
- Close collaboration with Account Management (Internal Sales) on customer-related matters and with the exhibition teams regarding new customer acquisition and all other supported processes
- Responsibility for administrative tasks such as drafting cover letters and application materials
Requirements
- Apprenticeship combined with business studies (vocational school / university of applied sciences / university)
- At least 5 years of experience in customer service and sales in the automotive industry / leasing or at a financial services company
- Excellent presentation skills or very strong communication and conceptual skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a structured approach to work
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in German and English (spoken and written)
- Driver's license (Class B)
