Key Account / Business Manager

Arval Switzerland is seeking a Key Account / Business Manager (80–100%) for the Heavy-Duty and Special-Purpose Vehicles segment to sell new mobility products and projects and manage existing clients. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in customer service and sales within the automotive industry or at a financial services company.

Tasks

Your tasks:
  • You will sell and acquire new mobility products and projects and manage our existing customers
  • You regularly reach out to existing and potential customers in German-speaking Switzerland
  • put our customer insights into practice and participate in customer events
  • You will work with the line management to develop processes and budgets for your own client portfolio
  • You will work closely with the Account Management team (Internal Sales) in the Key Account division and with the Business Development team on new customer acquisition and all other related processes
  • You will be responsible for administrative tasks such as preparing reports, scheduling visits, and booking business travel

Requirements

  • Apprenticeship combined with business studies (vocational school / university of applied sciences / university)
  • At least 5 years of experience in customer service and sales in the automotive industry / leasing or at a financial services company
  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and you find it easy to make connections and build and maintain networks
  • Excellent presentation skills, as well as strong communication and conceptual skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a structured approach to work
  • Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
  • Driver's license (Class B)
