Key Account / Business Manager
Arval Switzerland is seeking a Key Account/Business Manager (80–100%) for the Large and International Clients segment in Zurich to design and manage new mobility products and projects. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in customer- and sales-focused roles within the automotive industry and possesses strong customer-focused skills and excellent presentation skills.
Tasks
- Design and manage new mobility products and projects that drive sales
- Upselling strategies for existing customers
- Provide customer service to existing, regular, and potential customers in German-speaking Switzerland
- Builds our customer base and participates in customer events
- Works with the line organization to develop budgets for their own client portfolio
- Works closely with the Account Management team (internal sales) in the Key Account division and with the business development team to acquire new customers
- Is responsible for administrative tasks such as preparing visit reports and inspection reports
Requirements
- Apprenticeship combined with business studies (vocational school / university of applied sciences / university)
- At least 5 years of experience in customer service and sales in the automotive industry / leasing or at a financial services provider
- Strong customer focus and the ability to build relationships, as well as to establish and maintain networks
- Excellent presentation skills, as well as strong communication and conceptual skills
- Highly business-oriented and works in a structured manner
- Communicates and negotiates confidently in German and English (spoken and written)
- Has a driver's license (Class B)
