About the role
We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Key Account Manager and Investor Relations professional to join our Asset Management team in Zurich. This role is ideal for someone with 5-10 years of experience in asset management sales or client servicing, with a strong focus on internal collaboration and stakeholder engagement.Main tasks
- Support the promotion and distribution of our investment solutions to internal client segments, including relationship managers and associated teams.
- Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding asset management products and services to ensure high quality support and responsiveness.
- Work closely with relationship managers to identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and increase penetration of our asset management offering.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of product-specific sales initiatives and internal/external customer events (e.g. webinars, training sessions, roadshows).
- Depuration of BD mandates externally and internally to ensure consistent coverage and servicing of needs.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of our asset management product portfolio by providing client feedback and market insights.
- Preparation and maintenance of customer-oriented materials such as presentations and product updates.
- Information on market trends, competitor offerings and regulatory developments that are relevant to our product landscape.
Ideal candidate
- 5-10 years of experience in asset management, preferably in a sales support, customer service or internal/external business development role.
- Solid understanding of investment products and distribution channels for asset management.
- Strong interest in digital assets, cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented attitude.
- Proactive, organized and comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
