Key Account Manager - Custodian Bank

Tasks

• Supporting management in onboarding new clients, particularly German-speaking real estate funds
• Managing fund launches in collaboration with fund managers and fund management companies – Supporting projects that affect our clients by coordinating resources within the bank and the department
• Ensuring that processes related to our activities, such as the launch of new funds, payments and benefit payments, asset transfers, and contract reviews, are carried out in accordance with regulatory and contractual requirements and internal procedures.
• Responding to customer inquiries in German and French, as well as handling special cases and requests (tenders, urgent inquiries) in collaboration with management
• Maintaining relationships with customers and partners at meetings and industry events in order to maintain or build lasting and profitable relationships and identify business opportunities
• Participation in market observation (markets, products, pricing) in your own area of activity and in the creation of publications for customers (presentations, newsletters)
• Proposals for improving processes and services to increase quality and profitability

Requirements

• Training in banking or investment fund management
• Several years of experience in serving business clients, ideally in the area of funds, at a bank, fund management company, or fund manager
• Bilingualism in German and French or Swiss German as a native language with good French skills
• Ideally, you have knowledge of real estate funds or are interested in further training in the field of real estate securitization.
• You have good organizational skills, are meticulous, a team player, and enjoy customer contact.
